Corporeal Mime and Physical Theatre Summer Workshop in Barcelona – Moveo

In addition to providing intensive training in one of the most developed physical theatre techniques, this 35-hour theatre course represents a good opportunity to learn about the work of the Moveo Center and its working methods developed in the field of physical theater and corporeal mime.

For more than 20 years, every summer, this course has welcomed students and professionals from more than 10 different countries, making it an international meeting point for movement artists and creators coming from dance, theater or circus, as well as people interested in movement as a relational tool.

During this course, we adapt the work to the level and pace of each person, providing an exploration space where each student can discover new expressive possibilities. Our goal is to open doors to greater mastery of the body and movement, allowing each participant, regardless of their previous experience, to expand their artistic tools and creativity.

This Moveo summer course in corporeal mime and physical theatre can serve as an audition to the Moveo Centre’s diploma program, allowing the student to have a direct dialogue with the program’s teachers and to experience the pedagogical axes of the Centre’s professional training.

Durante las fechas del Intensivo de verano, Barcelona se convertirá en el epicentro cultural con la celebración del Festival GREC, un evento internacional que engloba teatro, danza, música y circo. Este festival ofrecerá una amplia variedad de espectáculos en distintos rincones de la ciudad. Es una excelente oportunidad para combinar formación con Moveo y disfrutar de espectáculos y actividades por la tarde o la noche.
