COURSE FORMAT AND METHOD
COURSE FORMAT AND METHOD
Each trimester will be structured as a journey that will start from a group exploration and playful work that will allow an approach to the technical work from the experience. Throughout the trimester the technical tools will be connected with notions of repertoire. Finally, the students will integrate these notions in a creative work.
The three trimesters of the course are both independent and interconnected. Those who wish to continue learning throughout the year will be able to deepen their training with new participants.

This physical theatre training encourages active awareness of the body and the environment, favouring a more focused perception of the here and now. A playful and open attitude towards the unknown is encouraged, favouring the emergence of spontaneous physical responses.
Constant practice allows the integration of technique and sensitivity, developing a more lively and available stage presence.
During the course, we propose a work of physical awareness and exploration of the richness of movement as a means of expression and relational tool.
Through guided exercises and creative dynamics, participants will discover a wider universe. A safe space in which they will be able to test, discover and expand their skills.
During each trimester of the course, they will work on:
- Group dynamics of exploration of the body in space
- The physical and metaphorical presence of the body
- Relational group dynamics and physical dialogue
- Playing with weight and gravity as elements of conflict
- Physical and dramatic articulation of the physical sentence
- The three-dimensionality of the body
- Elements of repertoire of dramatic corporal mime
- Creative practices of duo, trio or group work
